Welcome to www.seattle.co.nz website(the "site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Seattle NZ ("seattle" "www.seattle.co.nz"). to point to by Seattle NZ Limited operating network trading platform.
the Merchant accepts the terms and conditions by checking on the "I agree" checkbox, the Merchant acknowledges the acceptance of Seattle Service terms and shall sign-up to the Merchant Account. The Agreement shall be deemed to be in existence from the date of such acceptance.
Seattle is a E-commerce Site that enable merchants to build online stores through which they can sell products and services online, and process payments and complete transactions. The Site, Services and all information, Content, materials, products, software whatsoever are provided on an "as is", "as available" basis, and without warranty of any kind. Seattle do not any one party ACTS as the agent, not to you and other members, including in your use of any sale or transaction between the credit card service. Your use of and reliance thereon are at your own and sole risk. Seattle also provides merchants services, including of the online store, email services, Advertising services, and other related services as may be offered from time to time (collectively, “Services”).
Facilitated through the Seattle Platform, You must create, promote, operate and maintain your own store. You are solely responsible for your store content including the descriptions of products and services offered to your customers, prices, and images. You are responsible for accepting, processing and fulfilling customer orders generated through your store. You must handle your own customer inquiries, complaints and disputes. Seattle do not handle any of the above mentioned for you.
Seattle have no obligation to back-up any data or content of your store. You must create your own back-up.
Seattle may at our sole discretion (but have no obligation to) remove content and accounts containing content that are unlawful,offensive,threatening,libelous,defamatory,pornographic,obscene or otherwise objectionable or violate intellectual property.
All merchant users must not upload anything breaching the provision of New Zealand Law, this including Prohibited and Restricted Goods or illegal product informations. In necessary, merchant user must ensure all products meets legal obligation within New Zealand Law.
Once the violation caused trade disputes, all legal liability will be entirely borne by the merchant user.
Seattle will not tolerate any violations of breaching the policy, goods/ services that failed to comply will be immediately removed and merchant user could face "Freeze Account" or "Termination of cooperation rights with Seattle".
